All of your personal information, including your medical history and records, method of payment, address and phone number, is flawlessly protected by the most modern internet technology. We constantly monitor our website for any suspicious log-ins or activity. Our employees and any introduced pharmacies are also required to adhere to our strict privacy policy.

2 ) What is included in physician consultation fee?[ Top  ]
After gathering your medical records and any documentation pertaining to your medical condition(s), we refer them to one of our chosen practitioners for in-depth analysis. Please note that ERMeds.com is not a healthcare provider and simply acts on your behalf to securely manage your information and introduce you to quality healthcare professionals. You pay ERMeds.com a fee of $70 per consultation for this service, with the balance of your consultation fee paid to the relevant doctor by us on your behalf. ERmeds.com arranges for you to have a private telephone consultation with one of the physicians or PA’s on our approved list. You will be consulted by a practitioner who has undergone training specific to pain management and will work with you to develop a plan of treatment that best suits your needs. The primary goal for our team is to help patients increase their level of productivity and enjoy an increased quality of life. We encourage our patients to discuss long term goals and alternative treatments other than simply medication therapies with the relevant doctor. In no way does ERMeds.com wish to replace the role of your primary physician via any doctor it may introduce to you, nor will any doctor agree to treat patients that will not continue with follow up care and continued routine physical examinations. Our chosen physicians bring their extensive knowledge and experience in treating chronic pain patients to the field of telemedicine; however this should not be considered a primary treatment facility. If your consulting practitioner determines that prescription medication(s) is warranted, the prescription(s) will be forwarded to a listed pharmacy to be filled and shipped. You will be billed directly by ERMeds.com on behalf of the pharmacy for medication and shipping costs.

3 ) How long does the process take?[ Top  ]
We will schedule the process as soon as possible. In many cases same day scheduling is available. Please allow a maximum of 24-48 hours from the time of your order to receive your medical consultation and then another 24-48 hours to receive your medication, depending on your chosen shipping method. Please note that all prescriptions raised before 3:00pm EST will be forwarded by the doctor to the pharmacy for fulfillment the same day wherever possible.

4 ) When will the doctor phone me?[ Top  ]
After you order your consultation, you will receive an email informing you of the date and time that the physician will call.
* The physicians call from secure lines with numbers showing as unavailable on a caller ID system. This is to allow for your privacy and confidentiality. If you have a block set up for unidentified callers you will need to remove this when your consultation is due. Your local phone service provider can do this on a temporary basis easily and free of charge.

5 ) If I miss the doctors telephone call ?[ Top  ]
If you miss the phone call from the doctor you will automatically be scheduled for the next business day within the same timeframe. If the second scheduled consultation is missed there is a $25.00 rescheduling fee.

6 ) Are medical records required?[ Top  ]
In order for any physician to provide you with the finest quality consultation, he/she will require medical records that substantiate proof of your pre-existing condition. Please fax your medical records, which must include a physical examination less than 12 months old and supporting information such as MRI’s, to us at (866) 856-6836. Please ensure your fax is clearly marked with your name, copy of your Drivers License and number of pages in the fax. Your faxed medical records are protected by electronic capture, and only the doctor can access and view your medical records.

7 ) Payment methods?[ Top  ]
We currently accept payment for your Physician Consultation via a money order collected when any prescribed medications are delivered to you by U.P.S.. The cost of medications plus your chosen shipping will be added to the consultation and service fee and notified to you once your order has been shipped.

ERmeds.com provides a list of reputable pharmacies who are competitive with most chain drugstores. Please look at the price list section for the cost of specific medications.

9 ) Are the Doctors US Licenced? [ Top  ]
Yes, ERMeds only introduces U.S. Licensed Physicians who have had training relevant to pain management and associated disorders.

10 ) Doctor declines to prescribe medication? [ Top  ]
ERMeds.com introduces you for a consultation with a qualified physician and while medication therapies are often recommended we cannot guarantee that this consultation will result in a prescription. If you have registered and paid for your consultation but are unable to provide sufficient medical records and documentation you may cancel and you will be refunded less a $25.00 administrative fee. If a doctor performs the consultation with you and he/she determines that you are not a candidate for medication therapies he/she will advise you as to the best follow up plan and treatment options. A refund will not be issued once you have had a consultation. ERMeds is a coordinating and introduction service that puts the patient in touch with a qualified consulting physician and can not guarantee that medication will be the appropriate treatment plan. Our goal is to help you find the best method for managing your chronic pain, to add quality to your life and direct you towards utilizing the safest and healthiest measures of treatment.

11 ) I decide to cancel my consultation?[ Top  ]
If you need to cancel your consult for any reason, we will offer you a floating booking for use in the future, which will save you the $25 cancellation fee. If a refund is required please allow up to 72 business hours for the credit to be applied.

12 ) Where do you ship to? [ Top  ]
Our listed pharmacies are licensed to ship your medications to all states with the exception of Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, Missouri, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, Utah, and Virginia. Please check the Home Page for the latest information.

13 ) Track my delivery?[ Top  ]
You will receive a shipping/tracking number in an email once the fulfillment process is completed at the pharmacy. You may also access your tracking number on your member’s page of the website.
* Adult signatures are required upon receipt of medication packages.

14 ) Tracking number is listed as "Not found"? [ Top  ]
Please wait until after 7:00 PM EST before attempting to track your medication package on the carrier's website, as the carrier may not yet have entered it in its system.

15 ) Return medication for refund?[ Top  ]
Federal law prohibits the return of medication to be redistributed. However, if you received the wrong medication you should inform the pharmacy immediately and they will assist you in arrangements to ship the package back. If the incorrect medication is not returned the pharmacy will be unable to ship any additional medication. DO NOT, under any circumstances, take medication if it is not what you believe you were intended to be prescribed.

You must, in accordance with ERMeds policies, be at least 21 years of age to order any consultation or associated service from this website.

You simply type in your email address on the login page under "forgot password? ". Your password will be emailed to you right away.

18 ) Operating hours?[ Top  ]
You can request a consultation at any time. Our normal office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm EST. You may also ask us questions via e-mail through our secure messaging system whenever it's convenient. We schedule most of our consultations between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST. However, we care so much about our patients that we allow for flexibility in this schedule.
