In line with our ongoing move to face to face consultations ahead of the forthcoming Ryan Haight Act being enacted, we have decided that it is in the best interests of our customers that we allow all prescriptions raised by the doctors to be taken to a pharmacy of the customer’s choice.

We feel that this will remove the delays that have ensued over the last 12 months and also allow our patients to obtain better pricing. Our previous aim, which was to ensure that designated pharmacies would provide more competitive pricing and consistent service, has become increasingly difficult to achieve since the restrictions on wholesale supply of certain medications has lead to both delays and much higher prices.

Due to extra administration involved for both ourselves and the doctors we will be charging a slightly higher consultation fee of $185 but we feel that both the saving in shipping costs and the ability to find cheaper medication costs at your own pharmacy will more than offset this small increase.

Of course we will continue to accept COD payments for your consultation when your prescription is delivered to you by UPS.

All consultations ordered with us from Monday November 10th will be processed in this way. We hope that you will find this a positive development in our service offering to you.

Required Medical Records

A copy of your photo ID, [Drivers license only NO STATE ID ACCEPTED]. Please make sure this is a clear, enlarged copy with all information being viewable. Our staff reserves the right to request additional proof of identification if the photocopy is not acceptable.

A Doctor's progress note or other documentation indicative of your chief complaint. This document should include your specific diagnosis and previously prescribed medication as treatment for your diagnosis. Please be aware that the doctor may require you to provide a local pharmacy's medication list to show proof of your medication prescribed for pain.

A complete physical exam within the last 12 months. Your physical should be a follow-up in reference to your diagnosed condition.

Please note: MRI or X-ray reports are now required documents.

At ERMeds.com we provide a service to securely manage your information and find a physician suited to your specific needs. We do not fill prescriptions nor do we receive payments on behalf of the pharmacy if your medical consultation results in a prescription.

The physicians we introduce to you will discuss with you alternatives or additions to medication therapies and will recommend a follow up plan of care for your chronic pain treatment.
